Ben was an apprentice chef at Le Gavroche under Michel Roux JR. and still possesses a very good understanding of professional cooking, kitchen processes and procedures. He still loves cooking and food styling for Skoff photo shoots, and is a lover of process, automation, and procedure optimisation.


Sofi Smith

Creative Director

Having worked as a restaurant manager & barista, Sofi’s understanding of restaurant floor management and customer service is excellent. Sofi is experienced in translating a businesses’ style, atmosphere and ambiance into a website, creating beautiful user experiences which make brands work online. She also makes a mean cup of coffee.



Paul Hayler

Technical Director

Paul was a baker and is still a vegetarian cookery enthusiast at home. A wizard at developing and integrating websites and hospitality software, Paul possesses a great visionary power of process and optimisation, with the technical ability to make it all happen.


Jo Ralling

Non-Executive Chairman

OO and Campaign Director of Jamie Oliver’s Media Group. When it comes to Media and Food she literally is in a league of her own. Jo sets directions, advises and gives us a lot of food for thought with insights into digital opportunities and challenges within the hospitality industry. We’re very lucky to have her on-board at Skoff.
